You MUST come in 3-4 times year to have the all on removed and professionally cleaned. Ideally it would be great to have this done at our office, but this can be done at other offices as well.
Due to complexity of procedure, we can provide an instruction guide to help explain to a different dental office how to clean the all-on-4.
Brush with a non-abrasive tooth brush. Make sure to do twice a day to prevent staining.
Be careful eating extremely hard foods -> carrots, nuts, ice. This can cause the acrylic to break or a tooth to get lose.
We place a liner to make it tight between the gums and the all-on-4. Most food will only be able to get stuck at the edges that can be removed with a water pick.
